Encouraging statements for our syf reults.

1. We're the winners. Because we compose our own scores, not following the printed scores like the other schools.
2. We started on the songs only 2plus months ago, with the final copy 2weeks ago.
3. We are special cos we have a whistle.

So, in conclusion, we deserve a Gold with Honours! :)

I realise that flowers can cheer one up.
Ms lim gave us, the performers,
a flower and a toberlone each yesterday before our SOP.
She said toberlone contains some chemical
which can cheer us up. Haha.
For me, it not only cheer me up but also fill my growling stomach.
We only had our dinner at 8plus 9pm yesterday.
Damn hungry til can faint.
But i survived cos of the chocolate. Haha.

Then just now i was looking at the flowers ms lim gave
while i was studying geog. And i felt better.
It cheered me a up. :)
Getting a silver is not bad for a 2 months training.
Other schools trained for 11months and got a gold.
And we only trained for 2months!
If we trained longer, we would have gotten a GWH!
haha. So we must do better in the upcoming handbells asian festival.

Silver is not a bad thing after all.
As the seniors say, the results are not impt,
it's the process that is the most impt! :)

SYF and SOP yesterday.
Sad... We Cried...

PL Handbells got a silver.
Broke the record.
Sad...
Most of us cried.
Til our make up was ruined.
On the bus,
you can hear our stifled cries.
Despite our teachers comforting us,
cheering us up.

How can we get a silver?!?
Our sch has been famous for handbells
and now the gd reputation is ruined!
How can we do this?
From a gold with honours to a silver!
We dropped!
It's as if we've just committed suicide!

This is so embarrassing.
When they announced the results,
most of us cried.
There were no GWH for handbells this year.
Highest is Gold and lowest, silver.
RGS and SCGS got gold.
and to think we got a silver.
Met wen qi and michelle there.
They changed quite a lot.
esp michelle. And i must say that
SCGS played very well.
RGS was ok.

On the bus, iris called.
I was too sad to tell her the results.
And her cuz told her in the end, so oh well...
Then the sec 3s were crying at the back of the bus.
Ran out of tissue. Haha.
By the time we reached sch,
our faces were red.
And our make up were gone.
People rushed up to ask abt results
but we refused to tell.
We're too disappointed in ourselves.

Then we hurry touch up and
rushed to the concert hall for finale rehearsal.
And ms loh announced our results to the others.
Making us cry again, and ruining our make up for the 2nd time.
We just cooled down and she said it again. Sighs...
But unexpectedly, the other performing arts grps
cheered for us.
We were touched.
Thanks for the support.
But so sorry that we let all of you down,
not getting a GWH back for the sch.

Anyways, SOP still went on well.
We played as if we got GWH.
Enjoyed ourselves on stage,
and had fun in our holding room. Haha.
And thank you, helpers,
for helping us set up the tables, cushions and skirtings.
And bringing the stuff here and there.

Ya. Oh well...
What is over is over...
Shan't think about it anymore...
Just try to cheer up...
